Please Note: This section is only for new patients of minor musculoskeletal aches and pain, future care following sustained chronic or repetitive injury and bodily stress, wellness care relating to maximum joint movement and function, and the routine weekly to monthly adjustment visits. Please see the Car Accident section of this website if you have had a recent injury that involved an automobile. If you recently had a significant injury at work, please report it to your supervisor immediately and consider consulting an attorney that specializes in workers compensation. The purpose of an attorney is not to sue your employer, but to ensure better negotiation over your medical care with your employer's own insurance company - A workers comp attorney can ensure that all areas of your needs are covered. We cannot treat workers compensation patients with an active claim unless we receive a written authorization directly from the work comp insurance company. A standard authorization will list how many visits are approved and the actual name of the facility for providing those office visits.
1. Be sure to download and fill out all the necessary forms found on this page ahead of time before you walk into the office. These forms are a necessary requirement for any patient to be seen for the first-time by a healthcare provider. Please have your ID card and payment on hand during your office visits.
2. A first time consultation and examination before an adjustment is usually between 15 to 20 minutes depending on the complexity in reviewing your case.
3. Regular routine office visits tend to be around 5 to 15 minutes, depending on the type of case and your needs. If you are in need of a quick in and out type of adjustment visit, just simply ask and request an expedited service through the front desk.

Health Insurance Coverage and the Verification Process (GEHA Only)

Once all of the necessary information is received, we can then verify your policy and determine if you are eligible to receive coverage on services in our office. Please leave contact information for us to communicate with you. Allow us at least 2 days to complete the verification. Please keep in mind that we are out of network and not contracted with any insurance company. In the event the insurance does not fully cover all of our services, you my have to pay the difference.
